If you create an account we store your name, email address, phone number, a hashed password, your preferred language, and a profile photo if you add one.
If you submit a property we store the listing details and photos you upload. If you save favorites we store which properties and projects you marked. If you send an inquiry we store the message and the contact details you provide.
The service also receives technical data needed to run it, such as your IP address, browser or app type, and the pages you open. The app does not ask for notification permission and does not collect a device token for push messages.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, show your listings, remember your favorites, reply to inquiries, and operate the website and the app. We also use it to prevent abuse and to keep the service reliable.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Listing details you choose to publish are visible to visitors of the website and the app. We share information with service providers who host the site, store files, or deliver email, only so they can perform that work for us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Villa Real Estate, our users, or the public.
How to delete your account
Open your profile on the website or in the app, then choose Delete account and confirm with your password. This removes your account, profile photo, favorites, and the listings you submitted, including their photos. Messages you already sent may be kept without a link to your account so we can follow up on a property inquiry.
You can also ask us to delete your account from the contact page if you cannot sign in.
Cookies
The website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember language and theme, and protect forms. The app loads the same website, so those cookies apply there too. You can clear cookies in your browser or device settings. Signing out removes the login cookie.
Children
The service is for adults looking for property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or the app after that date means you accept the updated policy.
